In 2009, Jack was on a mission to reimagine the way letting agents were operating in our city.
He wanted to offer Bristol something different. The approach should be fresh. It should be non-corporate, friendly and approachable – an agent fit for our city.
And today, in its simplest form, The Letting Game is a letting agency that wants to do more, that wants to push the boundaries of the industry, and that takes immense pleasure from being at the top of its game.

We pride ourselves on being a Bristol letting agent with expert knowledge of the local area. We aim to provide ‘best in class’ customer service, putting the needs of our landlords and tenants first. So, we were delighted to win the allAgents gold award for Bristol’s best letting agent 2023; that’s the sixth year in a row that we’ve won a gold award.
We also won the 2022 Bronze award for the whole of the UK – not bad for a Bristol independent!

We don’t play like the others; our 28 strong team take great pride in providing a highly professional and customer-focused experience. Unlike industry norms, our letting experts put the needs of our landlords and tenants first – embracing long-term relationships over short-term gain.

Bristol’s only Carbon Neutral Letting Agents
We’re on a mission to be Bristol’s greenest letting agent. We know how important the environment is to the people of Bristol, and we feel the same. That’s why we are striving to operate in the most sustainable way possible, whether it’s reducing paper usage or introducing a fleet of electric cars to use when travelling across Bristol for our landlords and tenants – we are working hard to do our bit.
Whilst we continue to challenge our standards, there is more we can do – we want to make sure we have a positive impact on the environment and help our tenants and landlords to do the same. That’s why we offset our Carbon Footprint by supporting carbon reducing projects across the world.
In addition, we plant three trees for every property we let – one each for our landlord, tenant & our team. With over 200 trees planted most months, together we’re planting The Letting Game forest!
