- Excellent knowledge of all lettings compliance and legislation
- High level of maintenance and contractor knowledge

- Able to multi-task and manage a challenging, multifaceted workload
- Good initiative and decision making
- Highly skilled at time management
- Superb organisation and administration ability
- Strong IT proficiency
- Strong relationship and rapport building
- Empathetic and emotionally intelligent
- Experience using Fixflo is advantageous
- 3 years of Lettings experience
- 2 years of Property Management experience
Qualifications
- Level 3 ARLA award is desirable
- A full driving licence is a must, as well as own transport
Working hours:
We’re looking for someone on a full-time basis.
The business’ core working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:30, Friday 08:30 – 17:00, and no requirement to work weekends.
